Welcome
We're glad you are visiting us!
As a young girl I can remember my father owning a Nubian Goat. He purchased her freshened and I loved milking her and tending to her. Her milk was wonderful, especially for ice cream (we thought) and I can remember my dad giving her milk to several people who had family members that were sick, some with cancer. They were able to tolerate the goat milk and found nourishment from it.
All my adult life I have wanted to have a small farm and several head of dairy goats. Well, finally in 2008, my hopes came true and we purchased a small 7.5 acre hill farm, built a barn and purchased our first pair of Nubian goats and a trio of Nigerian Dwarf goats. We currently have four bucks and nine does/doelings that are registered Nigerian Dwarfs. We no longer raise the Nubians and have opted to raise only the Nigerian Dwarf because of their size.
Visit our Nigerian Dwarf Doe and Buck pages to see our small herd. If you are interested in a Meadowlands Farm kid, see our For Sale pages.
